Overview:
Founded in 1927, this nonprofit unites the Deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing communities through education, services, and support, empowering individuals to achieve their best. Bridges had decided to migrate from its present CRM to Salesforce NPSP to support its Fundraising and the management of its volunteers and its programs.
Challenge:
The nonprofit lacked the internal ability to manage the Salesforce project in addition to capital constraints.
Assessment:
Given the capital constraints, we utilized offshore resources. As for the project schedule, it demanded a hard delivery date for Phase One in order to support year-end giving.
Results:
Delivered Phase One on-budget and in-time to support year-end given and implemented Volunteer functionality.

Overview:
Young nonprofit. Growth constrained by burdensome manual processes and limited staff.
Challenge:
Multiple data sources and formats. No integration. No internal talent with proficiency or knowledge on developing or managing a technology solution.
Assessment:
Conducted RFP process for leading CRM solutions against requirements and led vendor selection.
Results:
Automation of 33% of manual processes. 20 hours of labor savings per week for the organization. Production of new donor metrics that increased donations 10% YoY.

Overview:
Founded in 2003, this nonprofit is driven to give the most loving and compassionate care possible to orphaned and impoverished children. Its staff and volunteers are located across the globe.
Challenge:
Existing CRM platform had key integrated accounting functions, but also custom development and a second database for reporting/mining. No dedicated internal IT support and the IT operating budget reflected minimal allocation.
Assessment:
With Salesforce decided, compared DMS and Accounting models against functional requirements, compared capital and operating costs, and interviewed implementation vendors.
Results:
Delivered proposal of four different DMS and Accounting models with final evaluation.

Donor growth constrained by dual CRMs with conflicting data. Burdensome, manual application process for grants.
Challenge:
Automation of grant application required custom backend and web portal. Extensive data cleansing. Multiple stakeholders/demands across departments.
Assessment:
Compared leading CRM, Peer-to-Peer, web portal, and email marketing solutions through RFP process. Project oversight and implementation of custom solutions suite.
Results:
Unified CRM with accurate data produced actionable reporting. Implemented targeted promotional campaigns. Significantly streamlined processes for grant application and management to staff and applicants.

Needing a reboot on its soured and mis-aligned Salesforce platform to support the short and long term donor management goals and growth strategy.
Challenge:
Existing platform lacked cohesive management and its poor data model structure led to deep inefficiencies and reductions in the system’s effectiveness as a contributing tool.
Assessment:
Documented nonprofit's objectives, capacities, present hurdles, and the value propositions, and designed a path forward that fulfilled requirements in-line with schedule and budget.
Results:
Refreshed the Salesforce platform, transformed the data, and instituted new critical processes which has increased the nonprofit’s ability to connect with Leads and cultivate Donors.
